The participants of the dissemination event were the teachers from the IES La Rábida, the director, Antonio Pérez, and also Iván Vilas Dominguez, responsible for Andalucía Compromiso Digital, an educative centre that provides a variety of courses mostly oriented to digital competences.

After a brief presentation of the involved parties and of the DISCO project, we spoke about the idea of enhancing the key competences and skills on ICT and learning performance of young people attending schools through promoting quality improvements, innovation and transnational cooperation between the following countries:

  • Macedonia
  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • Turkey

The presentation of the handbook followed, highlighting its capacity to provide an accessible and easy tool for teachers to be inspired and use to innovate their lessons and also help students to have a better motivation.

The participants of the event reacted positively to the concept of the handbook and were impressed by the different case studies and tools provided in it.

The event concluded with the presentation of the project’s website (https://digitalschools.eu), described as

elegant and easy to use by the participants. Through the visualization of the website, the participants were informed about the partnership that backs the project, as well as the different deliverables available and the content still to come. The participants were invited to join the projects activities in the social networks (mainly the project’s Facebook page) and to help with the dissemination of its public profiles.
